These terms apply when you use Buzzeit. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to them.

1. What Buzzeit provides

Buzzeit is a software service that generates social media content — captions, hashtags and images — for your brand, and publishes it to the social accounts you connect. Buzzeit is a digital service. There is no physical product or hardware.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
• The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and to act for the brand you are publishing for.

3. Plans and post credits

• Plans are sold as packs of AI-generated posts. Each pack includes a set number of posts, shown on the Pricing page.
• One post means one complete unit: an image, a caption and a hashtag set, placed in one calendar slot.
• Posts are consumed as they are generated. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Content goes through manual admin approval before it can be published.

4. Connected social accounts

To publish for you, Buzzeit connects to your Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other accounts through our publishing provider. You authorise this on each network's own screen, and you remain the owner of those accounts. Each network's own terms apply to what is published there. We are not responsible for a social network suspending, limiting or removing your account or your posts.

You can disconnect at any time from your Social accounts page. Publishing stops immediately when you do.

5. Your content

You own the content created for your brand and you are responsible for it. You grant us the permission we need to generate, store and publish it on your behalf. You must not use Buzzeit to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, hateful, or that breaks the rules of the social network it is published to.

6. AI-generated content

Content is produced with the help of AI and is reviewed before publishing, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of errors or suitable for every purpose. Please review your scheduled posts before they go out. You are responsible for what is published under your brand.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Buzzeit available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Publishing also depends on third-party services — our publishing provider and the social networks themselves — which can fail or change without notice. We do not guarantee any particular reach, engagement or business result from published content.

8. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card details. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Buzzeit at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses the service, or does not pay. If we close your account without cause, we will refund any unused post credits.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Buzzeit after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
